EUROLEAGUE ALL-DECADE SELECTION: Juan Carlos Navarro
A three-time All-Euroleague selection and natural-born scoring genius, Juan Carlos Navarro helped Barcelona to finally win its first and only Euroleague crown in 2003. Although that victory ended Barcelona's 20-year search for the title, it marked just the beginning of Navarro's rise to a place among the world's biggest threats with a basketball in his hands. Navarro climb continued with two more Final Four appearances with Barcelona, in 2006 and 2009, the year in which he was chosen the Euroleague MVP, adding another major achievement to a career that is full of them. Navarro, a home-grown product for Barcelona, is a danger to score at any moment he touches the ball. His quick release, unlimited shooting range, great one-on-one skills and inventiveness have made him a one-of-a-kind player with his own trademark shot: "La Bomba". Navarro finishes the decade ranked fourth among all Euroleague players in points scored, three-point shots made and performance index rating. As much as he is known as a scorer, however, Navarro has proved himself to be something more important: a winner. Juan Carlos Navarro - one of 10 players chosen by fans and media to the Euroleague All-Decade Team!
