EUROLEAGUE ALL-DECADE SELECTION: Ramunas Siskauskas
One of world basketball's quiet superstars, Ramunas Siskauskas has also been one of the most dominant players in the Euroleague this decade and just the third ever to win back-to-back titles with different teams. Only Siskauskas had the immediate impact to win both times in his very first season with each team, however. Siskauskas led Panathinaikos to the 2007 Euroleague title with his unbelievable one-on-one skills, basketball IQ and clutch scoring. Then, Siskauskas joined CSKA and did even better. Not only did he help push CSKA onto the Euroleague victory stand again in 2008, but Siskauskas also was voted the MVP for that season. He continued to shine into the 2009 Final Four, too, starring in the semifinals and leading CSKA's incredible second-half comeback in the title game to within a single shot of a repeat. In just five full Euroleague seasons, Siskauskas has piled up enough accomplishments to last many players a lifetime, including three appearances on the all-Euroleague team, thanks to a team-first attitude that doesn't keep him from taking over when necessary to win.
