There are no undefeated teams in the Romanian League, as CSU Asesoft Ploiesti dropped to 12-1 due to a 83-79 road loss against Dinamo Bucuresti. Even with that, Asesoft stayed atop the Romanian League standings while Dinamo improved to 9-4. Enes Hadjibulic led the winners with 27 points. Arvydas Cepulis led Asesoft with 22 points, De'Angelo Alexander added 14 while Rashard Griffith posted a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds for Ploiesti. It was a balanced game all the way, but Claudiu Fometescu made clutch free throws to put Dinamo ahead, 82-78. Griffith made just 1-for-2 in the other end, allowing the hosts to celebrate a big home win. CSU Atlassib Sibiu is now second with a 10-3 record by downing BC Targu Mures 84-73 behind 20 points from Menelik Barbary. Meanwhole, Gaz Metan Medias dropped to 9-4 due to a slim 89-83 loss against Rapid Bucuresti. In other games, U Mobitelco Cluj topped CS Otopeni 103-83, ELBA Timisoara took an important 77-85 road win over CSM Leonardo Oradea while BC Targoviste edged BC Ramnicu Valcea 82-81.
