Marc Jackson - Olympiacos Olympiacos Piraeus was the big winner of Game Day 15 in the Greek League after smashing visiting Aris 81-61 in head coach Panagiotis Giannakis’s first league game on the sidelines. Three Reds scored at least 20 points: Marc Jackson posted 23, Lynn Greer had 21 with 10 drawn fouls and Kostas Vassiliadis nailed 20. With the win, Olympiacos became the clear favorite over Aris in the hunt for regular seasons' second place in the standings. Panathinakos continued to roll undefeated crashing PAOK 103-73 at OAKA in a game that celebrated the club's 100-year-anniversary. Mike Batiste stepped up for 25 points, Frangiskos Alvertis nailed 17 on 4 triples, Vassilis Spanoulis, Kennedy Winston and Adrija Zizic had 10 each, while Dimitris Diamantidis dished 8 assists. Panionios lost on the road at Egaleo 99-101 after overtime as Ibrahim Jaabar exploded for 30 points; Ivan Zoroski and Dusan Sakota had 23 and 22 points respectively for the visitors. AEK escaped from Patras with a 68-76 win thanks to its offensive pluralism as five different players reached at least 10 points, William Avery leading them with 16. Maroussi edged AGO Rethymnon 79-79 as Kostas Haralampidis and Branko Milisavljevic combined 35 points from the perimeter. In other games, visiting Panellinios beat Olympia Larissa 74-58 behind Anthony Grundy's 24 points and Kolossos Rhodes recorded an important 76-69 win over AE Larissa with Danilo Pinnock scoring 19 and newcomer Vladimir Vuksanovic contributing 17 points and 7 boards.

Olympiacos Piraeus was the big winner of Game Day 15 in the Greek League after smashing visiting Aris 81-61. At the Peace and Friendship Stadium, Olympiacos used an excellent 21-8 first quarter in order to become the boss of the game from the very beginning. Panagiotis Giannakis, who coached the Reds for the first time in the Greek Championship against his big love Aris, was once again warmly welcomed by the crowd. The hosts were ahead 42-23 by halftime and never looked back. Marc Jackson, Lynn Greer and Kostas Vassiliadis summed 64 out the total 81 points to lead Olympiacos to the victory that meant a heavy step towards to secure the regular season's second spot over Aris. Lukas Mavrokefalidis contributed 10 points. For Aris, Hanno Mottola scored 14 points, Bracey Wright added 12, and Jeremiah Massey had to settle with 11, while Dimitris Tsaldaris had 10 in defeat.

A huge birthday cake to celebrate Panathinaikos’s 100-year anniversary from its foundation day back in 1908 was the big event at OAKA as on the court the Greens did not face the slightest problem to beat PAOK 103-73. The defending champs put the gas in the third quarter when they managed to outscore PAOK 29-11 to end the game. Mike Batiste went for 25 points, Frangiskos Alvertis bagged 17 on 4 three-pointers, Vassilis Spanoulis, Kennedy Winston and Adrija Zizic had 10 each, while Dimitris Diamantidis dished 8 assists. Mamadou Diarra, Antoine Gillespie, Giorgos Tsiakos, Jason Rowe had 13, 12, 11, and 10 points respectively for PAOK in defeat.
