Jovo Stanojevic - Prokom Trefl Prokom Trefl Sopot easily beat AZS Koszalin to regain the top spot in the Polish League. However the lead could be short-lived: If Anwil Wloclawek overcomes Polpak S.A. Swiecie in their postponed game on Tuesday, it will match Prokom for the best record. In the meantime, Prokom can enjoy a 96-81 victory behind Jovo Stanojevic's 21 points. Meanwhile PGE Turow Zgorzelec was upset at home by Basket Kwidzyn 72-74 in overtime despite 16 points and 10 rebounds from Dragisa Drobnjak. Atlas Stal Ostrow closed the game against Asco Slask with 14-5 run to record a 73-64 win. Wojciech Szawarski shined for the hosts with 28 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Energa Czarni Slupsk needed overtime to beat Gornik Walbrzych 73-70. Tarmo Kikerpill scored 22 points for winners, while Gornik's J.J. Montgomery led all scorers with 28.

Five players finished in double figures for Prokom in its 96-81 home win over AZS Koszalin. Jovo Stanojovic led the way with 21 points, Donatas Slanina, Krzysztof Roszyk and Filip Dylewicz added 11 points each and Christos Harissis scored 10. Pape Sow also had 16 rebounds and Tim Kisner finished with 7 assists in 16 minutes in his debut just few hours after arriving in Poland. George Reese had 20 points and 9 rebounds for the guests.

Three days after beating Prokom at home, Basket Kwidzyn made another sensation by grabbing an away victory over PGE Turow Zgorzelec, 72-74 in overtime. The hosts led by double digits in the last quarter, but Kwidzyn came back thanks to Mujo Tujlkovic, who scored 9 consecutive points. In the overtime period, which was dominated by defense, the guests scored more points from the line. Turow's outside shooters combined for 26 points, but were limited to just 4-of-15 shooting from beyond the arc. Courtney Eldridge had 21 for Kwidzyn and Tujlkovic 15 in his debut. Atlas Stal Ostrow closed the game against Asco Slask with 14-5 run to record a 73-64 win. The win means that Atlas remains in the race for a home court advantage in the first round of the playoffs. Wojciech Szawarski hit a critical triple down the stretch and was 10 for 12 from the field on his way to game-high 28 points. He also added 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals. Dawan Robinsin led Slask with 19, Rashid Atkins added 12, while Oliver Stevic had a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds.
