Anwil Wloclawek ended its series of losses and spiced up the top of the Polish League standings by beating defending champion Prokom Trefl Sopot 93-86. Prokom slipped to second place in the standings behinf PGE Turow Zgorzelec, which easily beat Polpharma Starogard 83-62. The two teams both have the same 15-6 records, but Zgorzelec sits in first on a tiebreaker. Lukasz Koszarek led Anwil’s accurate three-point attack with 29 points as his team stayed on game back of the top two teams at 14-7. Meanwhile ASCO Slask edged Polonia Warszawa 86-69 as Rashid Atkins came through with 18 points and 7 assists. Greg Hariington scored 16 for losers. Bobby Dixon scored 27 to help Polpak Swiecie beat Gornik Walbrzych 92-81 and Basket Kwidzyn defeated Kotwica Kolobrzeg 96-87 thanks to Michael Hicks's 26 points.

Prokom led for the first three quarters, but in the last 10 minutes Anwil took advantage thanks to incredible shooting efficiency from long distance – 12 triples on 19 attempts. Lukasz Koszarek led Anwil with 29 points – including 5 triples – and 5 assists, Alex Dunn added 22 points and 7 rebounds and Andrzej Pluta scored 12. Milan Gurovic paced Prokom with 25 points, Donatas Slanina finished with 20 and Filip Dylewicz had 10. PGE Turow Zgorzelec had no problems in beating Polpharma Starogard Gdanski, 83-62. The hosts’ hero of the day was Thomas Kelati, who had 24 points, including 6 triples, while David Logan added 15. Tony Weeden and Donald Copeland scored both 15 each for the guests.
