Bulgarian League Preliminary playoff, Game 2: April 21, 2008

Rilski Sportist swept Dunav 2007 in the best-of-three pre-playoff series to clinch a ticket to the quarterfinals, while Academic Varna topped Yambol to force a Game 3 in that series. Rilski came from behind in the fourth quarter to win 89-92. Branko Mirkovic led the charge with 31 points and Santos Martinez added 22 for Rilski. Varna bested Yambol 85-78 as Nikolay Balev dominated with 34 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. The deciding game for the series is set for Wednesday night.
