Damir Mulaomerovic - Cibona Cibona Zagreb clawed its way back from an early double-digit deficit to hand Zadar its first loss in the championship phase of the Croatian League season. Cibona won 79-91 on the road behind big nights from Chris Warren and Damir Mulaomerovic to improve to 5-3, while dropping Zadar to 7-1. Split also boasts a 7-1 record after beating Dubrava. Zadar scored 29 points in the opening frame, but Cibona limited the hosts to no more than 18 in any of the remaining three period while scoring at least 23 in each to wrap up the win. Warren finished with 30 points and 8 rebounds, Mulaomerovic scored 24 and dished 10 assists and Sam Hoskin added 16 points for the inners. Corey Brewer paced Zadar with 20 points, Rok Stipcevic had 14, Andrej Stimac 12 and Juby Johnson and Todor Gecevski scored 11 each. Split won 76-86 on the road behind Dejan Ivanov's 23 points. In other games, third placed Zagreb Crobenz topped Cedevita 89-82 and in a double-overtime thriller, Svjetlost outlasted Sibenik 101-95.
