Union Olimpija stays unstoppable in the Slovenian League and improved to 9-0 in the second phase by downing Krka Novo Mesto 87-69 in Ljubljana on Wednesday. Marko Milic led the winners with 23 points on 10-for-13 two-pointers. Chris Booker and Goran Dragic each added 15 while Jasmin Hukic had 10 for Olimpija, that led 27-12 after 10 minutes and managed to keep a double-digit lead all the way until the final buzzer. Helios Domzale stayed second at 8-2 by thrashing TCG Mercator 60-82 Marijan Mance paced the winners with 19 points, Ziga Zagorc added 18 while Dario Krejic had 11 in an easy home win for Helios. In other games, Geoplin Slovan topped Elektra Esotech 65-71 behind 16 points each from Simon Petrov and DeMarco Johnson while Zlatorog Lasko thrashed Luka Koper 97-70.
