Olympic Fribourg took a crucial step towards repeating as the Swiss League champions by winning Game 2 of the finals on the road at the Lugano Tigers 56-70 on Saturday. Pascal Perrier-David led the way scoring 18 points, Tresore Quidome added 16 and Erroyl Bing had 10. The visitors used a 13-23 run in the first quarter and maintained a consistent 30-39 cushion at halftime. JoJo Garcia had 20 points for the Tigers, but he was not enough as Fribourg extended the difference to 40-53 by the end of the third quarter. The final 10 minutes were managed easily by the guests, who can lift another Swiss League trophy with a win Wednesday at St. Croix Arena.
