Benetton Fribourg Olympic won its 15th Swiss League title on Saturday by downing Lugano Tigers 73-59 in Game 3 of the best-of-five finals series at St. Croix Arena in Fribourg. Pascal Perrier-David scored 16 points to lead the champs. After a first balanced quarter, which ended at 19-19, the hosts sparked a 20-8 run to lead 39-37 at halftime. Back from the lockers, the Tigers tired to get back, but Olympic maintained a double-figure margin, 59-48, after 30 minutes and increased it with a 20-6 partial in the final 10 minutes. Dave Esterkamp added 14 points and Erroyl Bing and Harold Mrazek had 12 apiece. Dusan Mladjan was the main contributor for Lugano.
