Romanian League Finals, Game 4: May 24, 2008

Defending champion CSU Asesoft Ploiesti evened the best-of-seven Romanian League finals series on Saturday by beating U Mobitelco Cluj-Napoca 75-82 on the road. Ploiesti finished the second period with a 3-11 run led by Bojan Obradovic to take a 32-37 halftime lead. The lead grew to 10 early in the third quarter, but Cluj-Napoca rallied in the fourth to get back to 57-59 and again 63-65. However another 3-11 push put the game away for Ploiesti and turned the series into the best-of-three. Obradovic led the winners with 21 points, Arvydas Cepulis added 17, Adrian Blidaru 14 and Levente Szijarto 10. Branko Cuic posted 24 points and 12 rebounds and Zoran Krstanovic and Milan Medvedj netted 13 each for Cluj-Napoca in defeat.
