Union Olimpija Ljubljana kicked off the Nike International Junior Tournament in Belgrade with a 76-60 victory over local team Zemun behind a great run in the fourth quarter. Mirza Sarajlija, who played big minutes the Euroleague with the senior team this season, was - as expected - the top player on the court with 20 points, 9 rebounds, 6 steals and 5 assists, followed by 19 points from Gezim Morina and 14 by Miha Glavas. Zemun settled with 14 points from Miljkan Pucar and 13 from Petar Jokic. It took Zemun eight minutes to start moving and by then Olimpija held a 9-2 lead, enough to finish the opening quarter with a 13-9 lead after a Sarajlija layup. Zemun collected points and stayed strong in the game behind good performance of Jokic, but late in the third Sarajlija made the difference. He scored three times from the line to push the margin to double-digits, 53-42, and along with Morina controlled the closing quarter on the way to a big win.
