The junior team of FMP, the host club of the Nike International Junior Tournament in Belgrade, picked up a key win in the opening game of the tournament, 67-52 over Buducnost. FMP dominated the game from the first quarter, relaying on Dejan Musli, who used his Eurocup experience to dominate the paint with 23 points, 9 rebounds and countless dunks over the heads of Buducnost players. Branislav Dekic alongside Musli, added 13 points and 6 rebounds and Filip Duran collected 12. The losing side got 14 points and 6 boards from Mihailo Sekulovic, while Nemanja Durisic and Mladen Novakovic scored 11 each. Buducnost could only reduce the gap a bit in closing quarter, but not enough to endanger the FMP lead and the final difference settled at 15.
