Coach Dejan Radonjic's Buducnost returned to its winning ways by knocking off Antwerp Giants and improving to 5-2 for second place - one game behind leader Triumph Lyubertsy. The Montenegrin team was out-rebounded 25-17 by Antwerp and allowed Giants to shoot 54% from the field, but Radonjic's defense forced 27 turnovers in grabbing the victory. Reserve center Ivan Maras was leading scorer with 15 points while shooting guard Bojan Bakic had 13 points and small forward Vladimir Micov chipped in 11 points. Radonjic is hoping for a repeat of Buducnost's Week Three victory at Fribourg, where his team held Benetton to just 39% shooting and forced 15 turnovers. Fribourg meanwhile comes into the important game having lost convincingly at home against Swans Gmunden to fall to 3-4. Coach Damien Leyrolles's Fribourg side shot just 44% from the field and committed 20 turnovers. Reserve small forward Douglas Tshomba paced Fribourg with 15 points while playmaker Pascal Perrier-David and forward Erroyl Bing each had 12 points. It was hard to motivate my players after the first game in Fribourg, which we won. In the first half we were outrebounded but fortunately for us they didn't realize their advantage in offensive rebounds. We waited for the moment when they would fall under our pressure and aggression. And it happened at the beginning of the third quarter. I am worried because we didn't use our big advantage for an easy win for the second game in a row. But a win was all we needed tonight and I am satisfied with that."
