The second game in Group A was a total thriller that was only decided in the last seconds of the game thanks to free throws, and when the dust settled Mega Vizura emerged victorious against Union Olimpija by 72-76 in the Belgrade Nike International Junior Tournament. Dusan Stankovic led the winners with 22 points, Milos Lukic added 15, Milutin Borojevic 14 and Milos Jankovic had 10. For Olimpija, Jusuf Nurkic led all scorers with 25 points plus 10 rebounds, Matic Rebec added 19 and Erjon Kastrari had 13.
The first quarter was pretty much balanced as Union Olimpija had the edge after 10 minutes, 22-19. However, in the second quarter, Mega Vizura managed to play great defense and also run in offense for a 0-15 run to put an end to the second quarter with Milos Lukic's four-point play for 35-43. The third period saw both teams pressing hard in defense and Union Olimpija managed to trim the deficit a little entering the decisive period, 52-57. The game was to be decided in the last plays. entering the last minute, Mega Vizura was leading 67-70 but Luka Kokol hit a layup for Olimpija that made it 69-70. With constant timeouts on both sides, Milos Jankovic went to the line to score both attempts for 69-72 with 14 seconds to go. In the next play Strahinja JOvanovic did the same for 70-74 and that sealed the deal with 10 seconds to go as both teams would score twice more from the line to make it 72-76 for Mega Vizura in the end.
