Head Coaches

AJ Milano
"We have to talk about a lost game, but I don't feel defeated tonight. I think we did a great job tonight. We had some great efforts from everybody, the team fought very well for the whole game against Efes Pilsen, which is a very talented and deep team. I am very satisfied because we continue in our good period. Efes Pilsen is a better team than us, so we have to look at things other than the result of this game. Every player did a great job, both on defense and offense. Our bad three-points percentage was the key of the game for us, because we missed some open shots."
Efes Pilsen
"We needed to play 40 minutes of good basketball to win here. Milano is a team that is improving and was much better in the last games. We found the way to win a tough game, which was so important for us. We had a contribution from all the players that we put on the floor, but the most important thing was that everybody understood the moment of the game, and I think that we deserved our success. I think overall we've done a pretty good job right now this season, but I also think we're getting better and that's the most important thing, because our first goal is to be qualified number one of our group but also to get better as a team."

AJ Milano
"I think that we had a great game tonight, but we just missed too many open shots. We did a pretty good job in the first half and we started very well the third quarter, but then we had a lot of problems facing Loren Woods in the paint. But I am satisfied about my team, because we played with great energy and we are working good every day. We are becoming more competitive in both competitions, the Italian League and the Euroleague, and we have to be focused only about winning games and see what happens at the end."
Efes Pilsen
"This is a big win for us. Everytime you win a game away is very important in the Euroleague. I think we started very slow this season because we have a lot of new players with a new coach, but we are getting better. Now we play every game with a great mentality and see what happens. Gallinari? He is an unbelievable player; he's got size, talent and I think he's going to be a great player. This is my second year in the Euroleague and I feel pretty good, because in this team I have a chance to win."
