Both teams finished the group with the same 2-1 record. Cedevita needed a 29 point win to secure its spot in the semi-finals but now will have to wait for the final result in the last game of Day 2 between Cajasol and KK Spars. A win of Cajasol will pack them with Barca in the semi-finals while a win of KK Spars will send Cedevita to the semi-finals with Barca. Filip Bundovic had a game high of 22 points and nine boards, Jakov Mustapic had 21 points and 11 rebounds while Karlo Lebo had 10 points. Alexandr Zhigulin collected 16 points and Ludde Hakanson scored 14 for Barca. The first half didn't hint on the final outcome and the two sides were balanced. Cedevita took an early 12-4 lead but saw Barca score 15 points in a row to take a 20-27 lead midway in the second quarter. Bundovic with 16 first half points gave his team a 34-30 lead at the break, before the second half showed a new face. Barca scored only 17 points in the closing 20 minutes while Cedevita enjoyed great accuracy around the rim. Down by 27 points and with 28 seconds to play Barca had the ball but missed, giving Cedevita a chance to complete an amazing win, but Martin Junkanovic released a prayer from mid-court and saw the miracle slip away.
