Hemofarm Stada looks to bounce back from its opening day loss in Group H as it welcomes CEZ Nymburk. Head coach Stevan Karadzic's side fell behind early and never was able to come back in losing 78-67 at iurbentia Bilbao. Hemofarm shot just 42% from the floor, including 5 of 20 (25%) from long range. And Karadzic's defense allowed Bilbao to shoot 49% for the game. The main positive for Hemofarm was center Vladan Vukosavljevic scoring 25 points. Guard Bojan Krstovic collected 15 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists. But the other three starters tallied just 7 points. Forward Milan Macvan added 10 points off the bench for Hemofarm. But it was not clearly enough. Karadzic will need to find a way to get more production from others as three players in double figures and then no one else scoring more than 4 points will not win many games in the Eurocup. CEZ Nymburk meanwhile comes in the game on a high after beating KK Buducnost 75-70 at home. Head coach Muli Katzurin's side led throughout the game, shooting 54% from the floor and making 15 of 16 (94%) from the free-throw line. Nymburk also held Buducnost to just 5 of 18 (28%) from long range in grabbing the victory. Katzurin's side proved very balanced with five players scoring in double figures led by guard Justin Gray with 22 points off the bench. Guard Arthur Lee had 13 points and 9 assists, while forward Blake Schilb scored 12 points and forward Petr Benda collected 10 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Ladislav Sokolovsky chipped in 10 points off the bench. A problem for Katzurin could come if one or two players run into foul troubles as he only had seven players score points against Buducnost. Boban Marjanovic had 19 points and 11 rebounds and Stefan Markovic scored 17 points as Hemofarm Stada knocked off CEZ Nymburk 82-74 to knot its record in Group H at 1-1. Hemofarm, which was playing without Vladan Vukosavljevic, used a 17-2 run in the second quarter to take control of the game. And Marjanovic and Markovic both came up with a number of big baskets to finish off the victory. Milan Macvan added 11 points and Bojan Krstovic chipped in 10 points for the winners, who next play at KK Buducnost. Justin Gray collected 17 points and 5 assists and Arthur Lee had 16 points, 4 assists and 4 steals in a losing effort. Ladislav Sokolovsky chipped in 10 points, but it was not enough.
