Euroleague Basketball and leading facilities and live sports and entertainment organization AEG announced a long-term agreement to partner on a wide range of basketball-related programming, presentation and development initiatives.

Panathinaikos announced that coach Zeliko Obradovic extended his contact with the team for two more years. The most successful coach in European Club Basketball history, with six continental crowns, Obradovic took over the Panathinaikos bench in summer of 1999.
