Fact file:
Egaleo has become the new prince of the western suburbs... Although the Club spent the biggest part of its life in the amateur leagues, the local people have always been behind it and the arena was full in every game...Currently coached by Thanassis Skourtopoulos, 1981 Greek Cup winner with AEK, after former Olympiacos legend Steve Yantzoglou remained on the bench for a few games following Karvelas's resignation...Has a good shot at staying in the first division.
