Theo Papaloukas - CSKA Moscow A living legend of Euroleague Basketball once again showed his value right when it mattered most as CSKA Moscow star playmaker Theo Papaloukas was the Quarterfinal Playoffs Game 3 MVP with an index rating of 27. As usual, Papaloukas rose to the occasion with the season on the line as CSKA defeated long-time rival Maccabi Tel Aviv 90-72 to reach its fifth consecutive Final Four. Papaloukas, as usual, came off the bench to score 14 points and dish 10 assists for the only double-double in either of Thursday's two do-or-die Game 3s. Papaloukas made 2 of 3 two-point shots and 3 of 3 triples, while also contributing 3 rebounds, 2 steals and 3 fouls drawn. His teammate Trajan Langdon was second among Thursday's best performances with a 20 index rating. Langdon had 20 points on 4-for-5 three-point shooting in the CKSA victory. Nikola Vujcic of Maccabi followed with a 19 index based on his 9 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals against CSKA. Marko Tusek of Unicaja (index 18) was fourth after leading his team with 15 points into its first Final Four, while CSKA teammates Oscar Torres (17) and Matjaz Smodis (17) tied for the fifth-best individual performances of the week.

Ignacio De Miguel - UnicajaLangdon was the top scorer of the week with 20 points against Maccabi Elite. Igor Rakocevic of Tau Ceramica became the best scorer in the Quarterfinal Playoffs (20.5 ppg.), with Langdon ranking fourth at 15.7 points per game. Ignacio de Miguel of Unicaja was the high rebounder for the week, grabbing 7 in his team's historical win against Winterthur FC Barcelona. De Miguel tied for the ninth place (5 rpg.) at the end of this phase, whose overall rebounds leader was Luis Scola of Tau Ceramice (9.5 rpg.). Papaloukas dished 10 assists, more than anyone else in a while, and was also first on the playoffs list at 7 per game. J.R. Holden collected 5 steals against Maccabi to lead the weekly standings. Four players - Zoran Planinic and Pablo Prigioni of Tau, Alex Acker of Olympiacos and his teammate Scoonie Penn - tied for first place in the playoffs at 2.5 per game. Aleksey Savrasenko and Thomas Van den Spiegel of CSKA each had 2 blocks this week. Nine players shared the top spot, at one block per game, for the whole playoffs round.
