AJ Milano inks Dusan Vukcevic

Dusan Vukcevic Armani Jeans Milano has signed veteran swingman Dusan Vukcevic for the 2007/08 season. Vukcevic (201, 31) joins coach Zare Markovski in arriving from last season's Italian League finalists, VidiVici Bologna. He averaged 11.8 points on 43.9% three-point sooting for Bologna last season. Vukcevic previously spent half a season with Milano during the 2005/06 campaign. He began his career with Bosna Sarajevo, and has also played for Red Star Belgrade in Serbia, Apollon Patras and Olympiacos Piraeus in Greece, Real Madrid in Spain, Montepaschi Siena and VidiVici Bologna in Italy and Ulker Istanbul in Turkey. Among the titles the sharpshooting wing has won are the 2004 Italian championship with Siena and the 2005 Turkish Cup with Ulker. He also reached back-to-back Euroleague Final Fours with Siena.
