Polish champion Prokom Trefl Sopot continued to revamp its roster Wednesday with the addition of veteran Christos Harissis at point guard. Harissis (189, 31), who arrives from Greek side Olympiacos Piraeus, has 79 Euroleague appearances under his belt. Last season he played in 19 Euroleague games for the Reds, averaging 2.6 points and 0.8 assists in 10 minutes per game. Harissis began his career with Arion and then moved on to Iraklio OAA Kritis. He has also played for Tau Ceramica in Spain, helping the team win the Spanish League crown in 2002; Apollon Patras in Greece; and Montepaschi Siena in Italy. Harissis has played in three Greek All-Star Games and represented the Greek national team at the 2001 and 2003 European Championships. Harissis is one of several accomplished veterans to join Prokom this summer, including Milan Gurovic, Thomas Van den Spiegel, Ruben Wolkowysky and Travis Best.
