Brose Baskets Bamberg signed forward Predrag Suput for the coming season on Thursday. Suput (200, 30) arrives from Hemofarm Vrsac, where he averaged 13.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in 11 ULEB Cup appearances last season – including a game-high 22 points and 8 rebounds in a victory at Bamberg. Suput has significant Euroleague experience under his belt from his time at Partizan Belgrade. He has also played for Spartak Subotica and BC Vojvodina Novi Sad. This marks the first time Suput will play abroad. Among his career highlights are winning the Serbia & Montenegro championship twice with Partizan.
"Predrag Suput is a player, whose addition makes me very happy," general manager Wolfgang Heyder said in a statement. "Over the past six years, he has always been consistent in his statistics and is a tough defender. His experience will help us very much in the Euroleague."
