Barca, Trias agree on four more years
Jordi Trias - Winterthur FCB AXA FC Barcelona and power forward Jordi Trias have reached an agreement to extend the player's contract for four more seasons, both parties announced over the weekend. Trias (27, 206) had other offers, but in the end preferred to remain in Barcelona. Last season, Trias averaged 7.4 points and 5.2 rebounds in 23 Euroleague games and led Barca to the Spanish King's Cup title, where he was named MVP of the tourney. Trias, who has already spent three seasons with Barcelona, began his career with nearby Girona before moving to his current club.
