Laboral Kutxa Vitoria bolstered its backcourt with the signing of guard Mike James, who arrives from Greek club Kolossos Rhodes. The contract is contingent on James passing a medical exam. James (1.85 meters, 24 years old) was the top scorer in the Greek League this season before coming to Vitoria, having averaged 21 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists and a performance index rating of 21.8 per game. James made a name for himself playing college basketball at Lamar University, where he set a school record as a junior with 52 points against Louisiana College in January 2011. He has also played professionally for KK Zagreb in Croatia, Hapoel Kazrin in Israel and Paffoni Omegna in Italy. James will make his Euroleague debut with Laboral Kutxa.
