French side Le Mans Sarthe Basket has added some depth to its frontline with the signing of Philip Ricci. The veteran forward spent last season with the Pusan KTF Magic Wings of the Korean Basketball League, but spent the previous two years in Spain playing for Ricoh Manresa. Ricci (201, 27) put together a standout college career at Oregon State, achieving All-Pac 10 Conference honors after his senior year in 2003. He spent one season with the Huntsville Flight in the NBDL before deciding to play overseas. Ricci's signing come shortly after the team's starting forwards from the last two seasons, Kenny Gregory and Eric Campbell, signed for Efes Pilsen in Turkey and Hapoel Holon in Israel, respectively.
