Partizan inks Milt Palacio

Milt Palacio Perennial Serbian League champion Partizan has improved its roster for the 2007-08 season by inking playmaker Milt Palacio to a one-year deal. Palacio (190, 29) replaces Vonteego Cummings, who led Partizan in the last two seasons. Palacio has played 470 NBA games for the Vancouver Grizzlies, Boston Celtics, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Toronto Raports and Utah Jazz in his seven-season professional basketball career. His best individual season came when he averaged 6.2 points and 2.7 assists in 71 games with the Jazz in the 2005-06 season. Palacio has since overcame a knee injury that saw him miss most of the 2006-07 season and will now make his Euroleague debut with Partizan.
