Lietuvos Rytas started the Euroleague Basketball Nike International Junior Classiciation Tournament Belgrade with a comfortable win over Benetton Basket Treviso with a clear 69-95. The Lithuanian team dominated from the very first minute and the score at the break was 19-51. The talent of the Lithuanian players was the biggest difference. Each of the players from the Lithuanian team showed good technical fundamentals and more tactical solutions. The big attraction was Benetton center Samuel Deguara with his 223 cm, as he scored 9 points and showed good offensive potential, but he will have to work on his body coordination. Jokas Rukonis, Ovidius Varanauskas and Augustas Pecikevicius led their team in this first easy win.
