2008-09 Euroleague Draw heads to Berlin
The first event of the next basketball season, the 2008-09 Euroleague Draw, will be held on Tuesday, July 8 at The Postbahnhof in Berlin, Germany. The draw will begin at 12:00 local time (CET) and will determine the regular season groups for the competition. For the third consecutive year, the 2008-09 Euroleague Draw may be seen live on Euroleague.net. Immediately after the draw, fans can also see live-streamed interviews on Euroleague.net with Euroleague team coaches and managers giving their impressions of the draw results.
The Postbahnhof, located at Straße der Pariser Kommune 8, is an old railway station that has been completely refurbished to accommodate different events. It is located in front of the brand new O2 World, where the 2009 Euroleague Basketball Final Four will be held. O2 World will open in autumn of 2008.
