 Dear Euroleague fans, get ready to challenge your basketball smarts all over again! With a great new look to go with a great new sponsor, the NIKEiD Euroleague Fantasy Challenge is on the launch pad and revving up for the 2008-09 season. Here's the date and time you have all been waiting for: Monday, October 6 at 12:00 CET. That's the precise moment that you - the world's most passionate basketball fans! - have the chance to show your DEVOTION by running your very own Euroleague teams for the 2008-09 season. Rosters are being finalized and player credit values calculated so that, for a fifth consecutive season, you and your friends can have a ball by playing NIKEiD Fantasy Challenge.
Although the up-to-date design will make playing easier, you will find NIKEiD Fantasy Challenge to be the same great game enjoyed by more than 100,000 fans to date. And, remember, not just a game, but a contest, too. This year more than ever, you can expect great prizes will be awarded to the best NIKEiD Fantasy Challenge players, starting the very first week and not stopping. For the first time this season, at the end of the contest, the Top 100 players will get a special present courtesy of NIKEiD! What's more, to increase everyone's chances of winning, the limit of teams per user has been increased. Now, you can have as many as 10 TEAMS to call your own!
The prize rules have been designed to award as many winners as possible. Even if you join Euroleague Basketball Fantasy Challenge in midseason, you can win prizes as a weekly winner or the best of the second phase, the Top 16. But, of course, with 100 end-of-contest prizes based on accumulated results, playing the whole season will increase your chances.
