Partizan signs young gun Stefan Sinovec
Stefan Sinovec (Photo: FIBA Europe/Aldis Niemanis)Perennial Serbian and Adriatic League champion Partizan continued its efforts to build a new roster for the upcoming Euroleague season by inking scoring guard Stefan Sinovec to a four-year deal. Sinovec (195, 21) arrives from Khimik-OPZ Yuzny, where he averaged 6.5 points and 1.3 assists in 15 Ukrainian League games last season. Sinovec had started the 2008-09 season with Vizura Beograd, averaging 16.9 points, 2.8 assists and 1.7 steals in 20 Serbian League games. He started playing for Vizura in the 2005-06 season, helping the team to make it to the Serbian first division in 2007. Sinovec has also been a member of the Serbian under-20 national team that won the gold medal at the 2008 European Championships played in Riga. Latvia.
