Orleans, Ryvon Covile agree to extension
Ryvon Covile – Orleans (Photo: eo45.fr)Entente Orleanaise Loiret moved to keep one of the key parts to its inside game last season by signing Ryvon Covile to a one-year extension. Covile (206, 25) averaged 10.1 points and 5.6 rebounds in 22 minutes for the club in the French League last season. Orleans is his third European club after stints with Alerta Cantabria Lobos in Spain and Hapoel Gilboa/Afula in Israel. Before that he played college basketball at the University of Detroit Mercy, where he was twice named to the Horizon League All-Defensive Team during his four years.
