Aris BSA inks Day, releases Stinson
Quinton Day (Photo: plk.pl)Aris BSA announced on Friday the signing of point guard Quinton Day, who replaces Curtis Stinson after the latter was released. Day (185, 25) arrives from Sokolow Znicz, where he was the Polish League runner-up in scoring with 17.6 points in addition to 3.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game last season. Day played college basketball at the University of Southern California and the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He finished his NCAA career as UMKC's all-time leader in assists and steals and was a two-time first team All-Mid-Continent Conference selection. He has since played professionally in for Kaposvari in Hungary and FMV Isikspor in Turkey.
