Olimpija thrashed Elektra Esotech 95-62 at home on Sunday to win its sixth consecutive Supercup title. Jaka Klobucar led the winners with 20 points on 4-for-6 three-pointers. Gasper Vidmar barely missed a double-double with 18 points and 9 rebounds while Matt Walsh fired in 4-for-5 from downtown on his way to 17 points for Olimpija, that outrebounded its opponents by 40-25. Tadej Kostomaj had 17 points for Elektra while Dejan Cup added 13 for the guests, that trailed 26-21 at the end of the first quarter. Olimpija, that played without playmaker Vlado Ilievski and forward Nemanja Aleksandrov, used a 12-0 run that Klobucar capped with a triple to get a 38-24 margin. Vidmar and Uros Slokar soon made it a 16-point game, 48-32, at halftime. Nothing changed after the break, as Olimpija kept a double-digit margin all the way until the final buzzer.
