CSKA and Ivan Radenovic part ways
CSKA Moscow and Ivan Radenovic reached an agreement to terminate the player's contract, the club announced Tuesday. Radenovic is expected to sign with Spanish side Cajasol Sevilla in the coming days. The big man joined CSKA shortly before the start of the season and proceeded to average 2.5 points and 1 rebound over 10 minutes per game in six Euroleague appearances.
"It was a great experience for me to play for CSKA," Radenovic said. "I was happy to communicate with all the guys, they treated me very well. I was glad to be a part of a championship team and I am sure that CSKA will be good in the end of the season. I will root for the team, but now I should look out for my interests. Unfortunately, I was unable to play up to my level and the possibility to come to Cajasol is a good opportunity for me."
