Maccabi, Maciej Lampe part ways
Maciej Lampe - Maccabi ElectraMaccabi Electra Tel Aviv announced on Monday that the team has parted ways with center Maciej Lampe. Lampe arrived to the club the last summer with high expectations following a good performance with the Polish national team at EuroBasket 2009. He appeared in eight Euroleague games and averaged 8 points and 3.8 rebounds while saving his best performance against Maccabi's opponent this week, Maroussi BC, when he tallied 19 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists for an index rating of 30 back in Week 5. In the Israeli League, Lampe took part in only five games and recorded 6.6 points and 4 rebounds per game. He is expected to sign with another team shortly.
