2009-10 All-Euroleague nominees
Voting for the All-Euroleague team by fans and media members around Europe and beyond has produced a world-class list of nominees for the 2009-10 season. Tens of thousands of fans from around the world were able to cast votes for their favorite players, as did media members from each of the countries with Euroleague teams this season. Teams that qualified to the Final Four dominated the nominations, with Olympiacos Piraeus having three nominees, while Regal FC Barcelona, Partizan Belgrade and CSKA Moscow each had two. Only one nominee came from a non-Final Four team. The All-Euroleague first and second teams, plus the Euroleague MVP, will be named at The Euroleague Basketball Awards Ceremony on Saturday, May 8, during the Final Four in Paris.

Despite joining Partizan just a week before the season began, McCalebb settled in quickly as the team’s floor leader, using his speed to cause headaches for opposing point guards at both ends of the floor. McCalebb was third in the Euroleague in steals this season, led Partizan in assists and was second in scoring and performance index rating.
As a fulltime starter for the first time, the young Olympaicos playmaker proved himself time and again, dishing more assists than any Euroleague player and ranking third in performance index rating. Altogether, he was among the Euroleague's 10 best players in assists, steals, three-point accuracy, free-throw percentage and index rating.

In his second Euroleague season, Childress blossomed into a key performer for Olympiacos, boosting his production from the Regular Season to the Top 16 to the Playoffs. His athleticism and explosiveness provided constant highlights as he racked up the sixth most points and the 11th highest performance index rating in the Euroleague.
In his first Euroleague season, Kleiza won the Alphonso Ford Top Scorer Trophy, putting up his best scoring nights in the first two playoff games. Hea also ranked second among all Euroleague players in average performance index rating and third in rebounding, while making the second-most two pointers and third-most free throws.
The 2009 Euroleague MVP put together another memorable season, leading Barcelona in scoring while ranking second on the team in both assists and performance index rating. Navarro nabbed the Sportingbet April MVP award for his dominant role in the playoff victory that led the way to Barcelona's second consecutive Final Four.
The former league MVP was once again a standout performer for CSKA, setting a new standard for three-point shooting along the way. In addition to seven games in which he made at least three triples, Siskauskas ranked fourth in the league in performance index rating. He was second on his team in scoring, assists and steals, third in rebounding.

An All-Euroleague selection last season and former Rising Star Trophy winner, Lorbek switched teams, but remained among the best big men around, giving Barcelona a consistent and reliable option in the paint at both ends of the floor. Lorbek arrives to his third Final Four as Barcelona's third leading scorer and second leading rebounder.
In a one-of-a-kind season, Khryapa dominated on both ends of the floor, earning both the Best Defender Trophy and Sportingbet March MVP honors. He led the league in steals and defensive rebounds and ranked among the Euroleague's best 10 players in average performance index rating, rebounds, assists, three-point accuracy and blocks.
Having started the season as a relative unknown, Partizan's rookie center finished as a dominant force in the paint and a key to Partizan’s Final Four run. Maric led the Euroleague in average performance index rating, rebounds and fouls drawn. He was weekly MVP three times in one month and recorded five double-doubles in 16 games.
Though he battled injuries in the middle of the season, Splitter was his usual dominant self for Caja Laboral and finished the seson ranked among the Euroleague's best 10 players in both average performance index rating and rebounds. He also established a career high in assists, leading starting centers in that category.
