Gravelines Dunkerque tabs promising Loum
To gear up for the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Qualifying Rounds this fall, BCM Gravelines Dunkerque has signed promising young big man Abdoulaye Loum, who was one of the top performers in the French juniors last season. Loum (2.08 meters, 20 years old) arrives from STB Le Havre, where he made a token appearance in three first-division games while playing mainly in the country's top junior league. In that competition, he averaged a double-double of 13.3 points and 11.6 rebounds, making him the top player on the boards in that league. He also had 1.9 blocks and 1.7 steals per game.
