Porzingis and Timma rescued Latvia but Doncic kept Slovenia way ahead, 48-41. Dragic took over and got help from Doncic and Gasper Vidmar to restore a double-digit Slovenian lead, 76-66, after 30 minutes. Latvia was not done, however, as a jumper by Dairis Bertans made it a two-point game, 81-79, with six minutes left. Doncic scored again and added a couple of three-pointers - one off the glass from way downtown - for an 91-83 Slovenian edge. Porzingis singlehandedly got Latvia within 93-92 but Dragic, Prepelic and Doncic took care of business in crunch time.
