PGE Turow extends Wysocki
Konrad Wysocki - PGE Turow Zgorzelec (Photo plk.pl)A signature player is staying put in his team, as PGE Turow reached a new agreement with swingman Konrad Wysocki to keep him in the team next season. Wysocki (2.01 meters, 29 years old) will enter his fourth season in Zgorzelec. He averaged 10.4 points and 6.9 rebounds in 40 Polish League games last season, helping Turow to reach the title series against Asseco Prokom. Wysocki has also played for Duesseldorf, Goettingen, Butzbach, Erdgas Ehingen/Urspringschule, ratiopharm Ulm and Deutsche Bank Skyliners in Germany. He has also been a member of the German national team. PGE Turow played its first make-or-break Turkish Airlines Euroleague Qualifying Round showdown against BC Khimki in Charleroi, Belgium in late September.
