(NOT)UGLY SWEATER PARTY: Holiday season is upon us, and Baskonia player families had their get-together – in ugly sweaters. Who had the ugliest? Meanwhile, Panathinaikos’ Thanasis Antetokounmpo also pulled out a Christmas sweater, but not an ugly one.

HAPPY HANUKKAH: Maccabi staff and players made put big smiles on the faces of children during their traditional holiday visit to the Schneider children's medical center.

MAKING WAY BACK: Four months after his surgery, the reigning EuroLeague MVP Sergio Llull is making shots. Fenerbahce’s Nikola Kalinic is recovered after dealing with herniated disks, and was on the team, but did not make appearance, in Round 12.

WINNERS’ CORNER: Zalgiris, Baskonia and Crvena Zvezda registered big road wins, each one of them in dramatic fashion. And Real Madrid downed its arch-rival Barcelona.
