Euroleague Basketball has announced disciplinary sanctions pertaining to incidents that occurred in Game 2 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoffs.

  • Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens has been sanctioned with a fine of €15,000 for aggressions by the public on the visiting team bench on the occasion of its home game against Real Madrid, under Article 29.1.e) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
  • Mr Dimitris Giannakopoulos has been sanctioned with a fine of €10,000 for showing a lack of respect towards the officiating crew on the occasion of the game Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens-Real Madrid, in violation of Article 27.2.b) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
  • Olympiacos Piraeus has been sanctioned with a fine of €2,500 for the lighting of fireworks and a fine of €4,000€ for the use of laser pointers on the occasion of its home game against Zalgiris Kaunas, under Article 29.2.e)  and 29.2.f) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code, respectively.
  • Fenerbahce Dogus Istanbul has been sanctioned with a fine of €6,000 for the lighting of fireworks on the occasion of its home game against KIROLBET Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz, under Article 29.2.f) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code,
