SLUC Nancy fills roster with veteran Gregory
Kenny Gregory - Union Olimpija_31473French champion SLUC Nancy turned to a familiar face by signing Kenny Gregory to shore up its hole at small forward as it tries to advance to the Top 16. Gregory (1.97 meters, 33 years old) has played three Euroleague seasons with three different teams. Last year he recorded 14 points and 6.1 rebounds in 16 Turkish Airlines Euroleague appearances for Union Olimpija. For his career Gregory has averaged 13.1 points and 5 rebounds in 50 Euroleague games. Gregory played college basketball at the University of Kansas until 2001 and later played for Chester in England and Pavia in Italy before going to Le Mans in 2005. He made his Euroleague debut with Le Mans the next season. Gregory also played in the Euroleague with Efes Pilsen of Turkey and has played in the Eurocup with Valencia of Spain and PAOK of Greece. Among Gregory’s career highlights are winning the French League and Semaine d'As with Le Mans and the Slovenian Cup last season.
