Spanoulis out three weeks
Vassilis Spanoulis - Olympiacos_35903Olympiacos leader Vassilis Spanoulis will miss action for the next three to four weeks due to a sprained ankle he suffered on Tuesday night. The second-ranked scorer in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague season so far was hurt during the practice and he didn’t travel to Nancy for the last game of the regular season, which will take place on Thursday. The doctors said that he will be sidelined for at least three weeks. Up to now, the 29-year old combo guard is averaging 19.8 points, 1.8 boards and 4.9 assists. He is the second sidelined player for Olympiacos in a week, after center Lazaros Papadopoulos, who underwent an operation on his knee Sunday and is expected to be back in five or six weeks.
