Unicaja released Blanco
Saul Blanco - UnicajaUnicaja announced Wednesday that it has terminated the contract of swingman Saul Blanco effective immediately. Blanco, 26, played in seven Turkish Airlines Euroleague games this season in which he averaged 2.9 points. Blanco first joined Unicaja in 2009 and his best season was a year ago when he netted 8.4 points in 13 appearances. He had previously suited up for CB Gijon and Fuenlabrada Madrid.
