Asseco Prokom bags Tomasz Snieg
Tomasz SniegPolish champs Asseco Prokom Gdynia announced the addition of point guard Tomasz Snieg for the upcoming season. Snieg (1.90 meters, 23 years old) arrives from Polpharma of the Polish League where he averaged 7.7 points, 2.1 rebounds and 4.0 assists - ranking fourth overall - in 35 games. Snieg started his pro career in 2006 with Jaworzno of the Polish third division. In 2007 he went up to Polonia 2011 Warszawa of the second division, where he stayed three years except for a brief stint in AZS Politechnika at the beginning of the 2009-10 season. In 2010 he switched teams and went to AZS Koszalin before moving to Polpharma last season. This season he will make his debut in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague.
