Unicaja Malaga finished a busy Monday by signing guard Zoran Dragic to a multi-year contract. The announcement came hours after the club announced the signing of center Kosta Perovic. Unicaja and Dragic (1.96 meters, 23 years old) came to terms on a two-year deal with a club option for the following two seasons, which means he could remain in a Unicaja uniform through 2016. The contract will become official after the player undergoes a physical exam this week. He arrives from Krka Novo Mesto in his native Slovenia. In his two seasons with the club, Dragic won back-to-back Slovenian League titles and the 2011 FIBA Eurochallenge crown. Last season he averaged 11.3 points and 4.8 rebounds in 11 Eurocup games. Dragic has also been a regular with the Slovenian national team at both the junior and senior levels.
