Belgian League playoffs, quarterfinals, Game 2: May 21, 2009

The best-of-three series will go to deciding Game 3s set for Saturday. Leuven beat Generali Okapi Aalstar 68-50 as Demario Anderson recorded 17 points and 6 assists. The hosts committed 19 turnovers, but dominated the boards 39-25 led by Jef van der Jonckheyd's 12 rebounds. James Miller added 15 for Leuven, which held Aalstar to just 20 points in the first half as it build an early lead. Matt Lokeski paced Aalstar with 16 points. Antwerp downed Belgacom Liege Basket on the road 55-67 behind 18 points from Brandon Gay and 17 from Bryan Hopkins. The game was all Antwerp's from the start as the visitors stormed to a 10-23 lead after 10 minutes and increased it to 25-47 by halftime, securing the result long before the final buzzer. Justin Cage led Liege with 22 points in defeat.
